Monthly meeting minutes for 2009 and
earlier have been archived off-line. The meeting minutes over
the last several months with scanned data are quite large and
cause us to exceed our allotted website storage from Peak.

Continuation of Road District Meeting Notice:
The Mary's River
Estates Road District Board of Commissioners has scheduled a
meeting
7:30pm on April
8th at the Philomath Library Meeting Room.
This is a
special meeting scheduled to continue business from the April 1st
meeting. The continuation will review clarification of quotes
submitted for grade and gravel work to be contracted.
This is an Open Meeting and anyone is invited to attend.
